Membership
Membership of the Club is open to:
Rovers
All registered and financial members of the Rover Section within Scouts Australia (SA Branch) are eligible to be members of RSM SA, and are entitled to vote at general meetings.
Subscription fee: Free (yearly)
Advisors and Commissioners of the Rover Section
All registered advisors / commissioners in the Rover section within Scouts Australia (SA Branch) are entitled to be members of the RSM SA, but are not entitled to vote at RSM SA meetings.

Reciprocal Members
Members of other Rover Scout Motorsport Clubs that are affiliated with CAMS shall be granted reciprocal membership which entitles such members to compete in club events. These members are also deemed to be Associate Members and do not have voting rights at general meetings.

Other Members (Venturers and Leaders of other Sections)
Membership is also available to other members of Scouts Australia (SA Branch) who are interested in the furtherance of the aims of RSM SA, and such applications for membership shall be made in writing to the Secretary. These members shall be Associate Members but do not have voting rights at the RSM SA meetings.
Subscription fee: $10 (yearly)

Temporary Membership
Temporary Membership shall be available for financial members of Scouts Australia for a specified event. Membership will be considered on a case by case basis with membership applications to be received by the Secretary at least thirty (30) days prior to the event. These members are Event Members and do not have voting rights at RSM SA meetings.
